Happy Wool Month everyone!
We have so much to celebrate this October (more on birthday celebrations later!) but let’s kick things off with talking about The Campaign for Wool incredible campaign celebrating all things wool.

This year the campaign focuses on wearing wool, not waste! It’s a reminder that every synthetic garment ever made still exists in some form, haunting our beautiful planet. Wool, on the other hand, is natural, renewable, biodegradable, and proudly holds the title of the world’s most recycled apparel fibre ✔️

The Campaign for Wool was launched in 2010 to educate consumers about the benefits of wool and help to support and grow the wool industry. Run by a coalition of industry groups convened by His Majesty King Charles III, when he was The Prince of Wales, the Campaign works to engage consumers through exciting fashion, interiors and artisan activities centring around Wool Month each year.

All month long we’ll be sharing lots of information about the benefits of wool and some fun facts too, AND... we’ll be hosting some birthday celebrations (including some gifts 😉) so make you are following us on instagram and are signed up to our mailing list to keep up to date with the excitement of the month ahead.
