“Consumers reduce their carbon footprint by 82 percent when they buy used items instead of new ones”. *

In our mission to promote sustainability, natural fabrics and make them more accessible, we are jumping on the bandwagon of circular fashion. Thanks to our new friends at tern, we are giving you the power to trade in your Smalls and reSMALLs your Smalls for future generations.  In exchange you get credit to spend in our store and we reSMALLs your Smalls at an accessible price point.  If we feel they are not quite up to scratch for resale we will repair and donate.

 HOW IT WORKS.

Look up your previous purchases - By either logging in to your Smalls online account or by inputting previous order IDs, you can easily look-up your past purchases and see how much credit you can get for trading them in.  Make sure you add the entire order number. ***If you have any trouble let us know straight away as this program technology is still in development***

Select items to trade-in - Simply click on the items you wish to trade-in.

Choose a shipping option - Once you’ve confirmed your personal details you can select your preferred shipping method or drop-off point.  For the moment shipping options are automated for the UK, outside the UK you'll need to pay for shipping using your preferred method.

Confirm your trade-in and send in your items - Once you’ve confirmed your trade-in, you’ll receive an email confirmation which includes a link to your shipping label. Package up your items and take them to the drop-off point selected.

Receive your credit - Once we’ve received your items back, we’ll automatically issue your credit and send you an email confirming your voucher details.
