Merino childrenswear brand Smalls unveils latest developments
To coincide with Wool Week on 7-20 October 2019, merino childrenswear brand Smalls is unveiling an exclusive collaboration with New York kids’ brand Oeuf.
The limited-edition ‘Under Pressure’ Oeuf x Smalls range features a print of planet earth highlighting the importance of sustainable fashion. Available in Smalls’ long-sleeve T-shirt in the colours misty rose, mustard and natural, sizes are from ages 2 to 14 years.
Debut sock range
The British designed merino childrenswear brand is also launching its first sock line. Developed in collaboration with French hosiery experts Collegien, the range offers knee-high socks in cruelty-free merino. Colour options are French navy, misty rose, mustard and grey marl.
Suitable for school through to the ski slopes, the socks are available in baby to adult sizes ranging from 18/20 up to 45/47.

Finally, also launching for a/w 19/20 is Smalls’ new standout shade of Alpine White available in Italian micro spun, 100% ultrafine merino wool. The new gender-neutral white is available in a long-sleeve T-shirt, vest top and camisole top. Sizes are 2 to 14 years.
About Smalls
Smalls launched in Selfridges in July 2014 with a mission to make wool cool for kids again. However, that wasn’t its only mission. The brand’s production and the values behind it were, and remain, as important as the finished article.
Slow Fashion is at the heart of everything Smalls does. ‘Slow’ to Smalls means buying less and choosing well. Today it creates gender neutral merino garments for children, men and women that have genuine longevity and traceable provenance.
